4. Payment & Transaction Information
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the taxi66 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support a range of local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, and online bank transfers via major Malaysian banks. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name. The use of bank accounts or credit cards belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Successful deposits are credited to your taxi66 account within the timeframe stated, depending on the payment method selected. Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered and verified under the user's name. taxi66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits. Any attempt to withdraw funds via a method different from the original deposit method may be subject to additional security checks.
Transaction Disputes
If you wish to dispute any transaction, you must contact the taxi66 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be processed. All decisions made by taxi66 management regarding transaction disputes are final, subject to thorough internal investigation.
